Last year about 9000 teams came through our events. Many of our staff have graduated to important positions with State Associations, Professional teams, and major corporations in the sports industry.
SMC is interested in relationships. We have top notch connections with CVBs, Parks & Rec programs, Club Directors, Housing Companies, Awards Companies, and Apparel Companies. Of high importance is our relationships with our staff. SMC core values are the heartbeat and center around how we operate. One of the benefits is our ability to work outside during events with set up, activation, logistics and tournament operations. Travel is involved.
