Teams are accepted on a rolling basis beginning December 28, 2026, and continuing until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as this event may sell out before the registration deadline on January 10, 2027. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through Event Connect.
*Referee fees are included in the registration fee for the event
A $20.00 GotSport Software Fee will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be charged upon acceptance. Teams registering after November 29, 2026, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Check Payments: Check payments are to be made out to "Soccer Management Company" and mailed to the following address no later than January 15, 2027 (Please include the team name as it appears in GotSport and include a copy of your GotSport invoice):

This is aΒ STAY TO PLAY tournament.Β All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services.Β Please do not call the hotels directly. No, you do not have to pay right when you register for the event. Payments for the event are due no later thanΒ JANUARY 15, 2027.
