Teams are accepted on a rolling basis beginning January 25, 2027, and continuing until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as this event may sell out before the registration deadline on February 7, 2027. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through Event Connect.
*Referee fees are included in the registration fee for the event
A $20.00 GotSport Software Fee will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be charged upon acceptance. Teams registering after December 27, 2026, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Check Payments: Check payments are to be made out to "Soccer Management Company" and mailed to the following address no later than February 12, 2027 (Please include the team name as it appears in GotSport and include a copy of your GotSport invoice):

Soccer Management Company (SMC) has managed tournaments since 2013. In 2025, SMC will run over 50 different events across 10+ states. SMC has the experience and expertise to provide your team with the quality event you are looking for.
SMC Soccer works closely with Pellucid Travel to source the best hotels and contract with a variety of hotels to fit all accommodations. Pellucid Travel requests to work with a wide variety of lodging partners in order to secure excellent rates for all of our teams.
This SMC event has a Stay to Play policy for all attendees/groups in need of hotels. This is in order to ensure that the hotels, cities, and counties are assured that the discounts they offer are used.
Pellucid Travel works closely with our lodging partners to track team reservations, work to make sure that there are enough rooms, and secure excellent rates for all teams attending each event. They are committed to working with tournaments around the world to provide a high-quality travel and lodging experience that fits the individual needs of each team attending.

No, you do not have to pay right when you register for the event. Payments for the event are due no later than FEBRUARY 12, 2027.

Team Check-In is completed ONLINE. The deadline to complete online check-in is Monday, March 1, 2027. Rosters will become frozen on Friday, March 5, 2027, at 5:00 PM ET.
