Teams are accepted on a rolling basis beginning July 20, 2026, and continuing until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as this event may sell out before the registration deadline on August 7, 2026. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through Pellucid Team Housing.
*Referee fees are included in the registration fee for the event
A $20.00 GotSport Software Fee will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be charged upon acceptance. Teams registering after July 3, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Check Payments: Check payments are to be made out to "Soccer Management Company" and mailed to the following address no later than August 11, 2026 (Please include team name as it appears in GotSport and include a copy of your GotSport invoice):

SMC Soccer works closely with Pellucid Team Housing to source the best hotels and contract with a variety of hotels to fit all accommodations. Pellucid requests to work with a wide variety of lodging partners in order to secure excellent rates for all of our teams.
ThisΒ SMC event has a Stay to Play policy for all attendees/groups in need of hotels. This is in order to ensure that the hotels, cities, and counties are assured that the discounts they offer are used.
Pellucid Team Housing works closely with our lodging partners to track team reservations, work to make sure that there are enough rooms, and secure excellent rates for all teams attending each event. They are committed to working with tournaments around the world to provide a high-quality travel and lodging experience that fits the individual needs of each team attending.

No, you do not have to pay right when you register. At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay by credit card or pay by check. If you need time to collect money from your parents, choose to pay by check to reserve your spot and pay later. All payments must be completed by August 11 to ensure your spot in this event.
